AGENTS NEED MORE THAN ACCESS.

Autonomy needs
an authority chain.

An API key can tell a system what an agent can reach. It does not tell the enterprise who the agent represents, why that authority exists, or whether the action should happen now.

Simply Govern makes identity, delegation, policy and evidence part of the execution path.

ONE CONTROL PLANE.

From identity
to proof.

Preserve useful governance records, then add the missing runtime authority layer for agentic systems.

01

Verify the principal

Consume reusable Simply Verify evidence for humans, businesses and services. Keep verification provenance separate from governance decisions.

02

Delegate real authority

Bind each agent to a verified principal with explicit scopes, autonomy, limits, validity, expiry and revocation.

03

Give every agent a passport

See identity, purpose, model, environment, tools, data, risk, authority, approvals, lifecycle and evidence in one record.

04

Govern with policy

Classify risk, apply least privilege, version policies and map controls to authoritative frameworks without inventing requirements.

05

Control material actions

Integrated agents ask Simply Govern before they read, write, execute, transact or communicate. The control plane returns allow, approval, verification or deny.

06

Prove what happened

Link runtime decisions, approvals, actions and audit evidence so teams can reconstruct who acted, under whose authority and why.

THE GOVERNANCE LOOP

Authority before
autonomy.

An agent starts with a verified principal and explicit delegation. Material actions move through policy and approval checks, then execution returns evidence to the record.

  1. 01

    VERIFY

Establish trustworthy evidence about the principal.

  2. 02

    DELEGATE

Grant scoped, revocable authority to the agent.

  3. 03

    GOVERN

Apply risk, policy and least-privilege controls.

  4. 04

    CONTROL

Authorize, condition, approve, verify or deny material actions.

  5. 05

    OBSERVE

Watch activity, policy decisions, exceptions and incidents.

  6. 06

    PROVE

Reconstruct what happened from linked evidence and audit history.

SIMPLY VERIFY + SIMPLY GOVERN

Trust stays reusable.
Control stays explicit.

Simply Verify remains independently deployable and separately sellable. Simply Govern consumes verification evidence through a versioned contract and uses it as one input to delegated authority and runtime policy decisions.

USEFUL BOUNDARIES

Control without

What is Simply Govern?

Simply Govern is the control plane for an agentic enterprise. It connects agent identity, delegated authority, policy decisions, approvals, activity and evidence in one governed workflow.

How does Simply Verify fit in?

Simply Verify remains an independent verification product. Simply Govern consumes versioned, machine-readable verification evidence rather than duplicating identity workflows.

Does Simply Govern automatically control every AI system?

Runtime control applies when an agent or application integrates the Simply Govern authorization check before a material action. Systems that bypass the control plane cannot be truthfully described as blocked by it.

What can an agent be permitted to do?

Permissions are expressed around READ, WRITE, RECOMMEND, EXECUTE, TRANSACT and COMMUNICATE, with resource scopes, approval requirements, limits, expiry and revocation.

Does framework mapping equal certification?

No. Framework references organize internal controls and evidence. They do not create certification, legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. Authoritative source provenance remains visible.

Who can access the workspace?

Only authenticated organization members can access tenant data. Database row-level security remains part of the authorization boundary.

KNOW WHO. KNOW WHY. KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.
